bkfb Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To open and maintain an account on bkfb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bkfb may request documentation to verify any of these requirements at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to satisfy these requirements, or to provide satisfactory verification when requested, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances that cannot be verified as legitimate.

• You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active bkfb account.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, business entity, or third party without prior written approval from bkfb.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bkfb account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one bkfb account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You must not be under any legal restriction or prohibition that would prevent you from gambling or entering into binding online agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

bkfb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bkfb wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bkfb does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via supported Bangladesh mobile wallets, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own standard transfer charges.

All funds deposited to bkfb must be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to use them for gaming, or using the platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment methods, is prohibited and will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

bkfb operates on the principle that all users engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one bkfb account, whether in your own name or using the identity, payment method, or device of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information at registration or during KYC verification, including but not limited to false date of birth, false name, or altered identification documents.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical manipulation to gain an unfair advantage over other players, to exploit errors in bkfb's systems, or to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to disguise the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity. bkfb is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, tournaments, or betting markets in a manner that constitutes cheating or unfair play as determined by bkfb in its sole discretion.

bkfb monitors platform activity to detect violations of these fair use provisions. Players found to have violated these rules will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings voided, and balances forfeited in proportion to the violation. bkfb will pursue recovery of losses through appropriate legal channels where warranted.

All content on the bkfb platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials, is the intellectual property of bkfb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bkfb platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the bkfb platform without prior written consent from bkfb.

The bkfb brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any bkfb trademark, including use in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on the bkfb platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and other licensed studios.

bkfb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bkfb will publish the updated Terms on the bkfb website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the bkfb platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of bkfb. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bkfb's internal complaint resolution process will be subject to binding arbitration. Players are encouraged to first contact bkfb support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
